Catherine A. Jacobson, FHFMA, CPA
President & CEO
Froedtert Health

Catherine A. Jacobson serves as president and CEO of Froedtert Health, a $1.5 billion regional health care system based in Milwaukee.

Jacobson joined Froedtert Health in 2010 as executive vice president of finance and strategy, chief financial officer and chief strategy officer. She was promoted in 2011 to President and in 2012 CEO.  Prior to joining Froedtert Health, Jacobson spent 22 years at Rush University Medical Center in Chicago in various leadership roles.

Locally, she serves on several boards including Wisconsin Hospital Association, United Way of Greater Milwaukee and Waukesha County, The Milwaukee Health Care Partnership, Integrated Health Network of Wisconsin, Blood Center of Wisconsin, United Hospital System, the Milwaukee Regional Medical Center, the Greater Milwaukee Committee and Metropolitan Milwaukee Association of Commerce. She also serves on the UW-Milwaukee College of Health Sciences Dean’s Advisory Board.

Jacobson is a Fellow of Healthcare Financial Management Association and a Certified Public Accountant. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Bradley University in Peoria, Illinois.

Suzanne Kelley
Waukesha County Business Alliance

Suzanne Kelley was named President of the Waukesha County Business Alliance in 2009 after a 23-year career in government relations at General Electric. The Alliance is the largest business association in Waukesha County, representing 900+ member companies and community organizations employing more than 60,000 people in the region.

Suzanne currently serves on Thriving Waukesha Alliance, The Women’s Center’s Violence Prevention Advisory Committee, Milwaukee 7 Regional Economic Development Council, and the Cultural & Entertainment Needs Task Force.

Suzanne received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida - Gainesville and a master’s degree in journalism and communications from Marquette University.

Alex A. Molinaroli
Chairman, President and CEO
Johnson Controls, Inc.

Alex A. Molinaroli is Chairman, President and Chief Executive officer of Johnson Controls, Inc.

He joined Johnson Controls, Inc. in 1983 and previously served as president of the Power Solutions business. He was elected a corporate officer in 2004 and held positions in a variety of leadership roles within the Building Efficiency business at the company.

Molinari is very active in the community. He currently serves on the Board of Regents for the Milwaukee School of Engineering and is a Board member of Interstate Batteries. His is also a founding member of the Electrification Coalition.

Molinaroli earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of South Carolina and his MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

Cory L. Nettles
Of Counsel
Quarles & Brady LLP

Cory L. Nettles is Founder and Managing Director of Generation Growth Capital, Inc. He is also Of Counsel at Milwaukee law firm Quarles & Brady LLP.

Nettles served as Secretary of the Wisconsin Department of Commerce and recently became of one of five African-American executives who formed Partners for Community Impact LLC to become minority investors in the Milwaukee Bucks.

Nettles currently serves as a board member for several corporate and nonprofit organizations including the United Way of Greater Milwaukee & Waukesha County, Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Milwaukee, Partners Advancing Values in Education (“PAVE”), Teach For America, the Medical College of Wisconsin, the Greater Milwaukee Foundation, the University of Wisconsin Foundation, and Usher’s New Look Foundation – among others.

Nettles is a magna cum laude graduate of Lawrence University in Appleton and the University of Wisconsin-Madison Law School.
