Meet 2015 We Energies Loaned Executive: Hallie Knippel

“Professionally, my experience as an LE has given me countless opportunities for public speaking and has sharpened my creative problem solving skills. My time at United Way has given me an opportunity to learn how critical this organization and its partners are to our community. It has also allowed me to be part of a changing social landscape in our region. I’m delighted my company recognizes the importance of United Way and is committed to building a thriving community.”

Meet 2015 BMO Harris Bank Sponsored Executive: Anthony Hagge

“My experience in the military gave me a greater appreciation of what it means to be a citizen. The military was an opportunity; an opportunity to succeed, to gain new skills and to improve my current situation. As an LE, I was able to work toward providing my community members with similar opportunities. I grew professionally, gained a greater understanding of the needs in our community and saw first-hand how community partners are working together to address those needs.”

Meet 2015 Nonprofit Loaned Executive: Jennifer Andreas, Girl Scouts of Wisconsin Southeast

“Through this experience I have increased my professional connections with fellow partner agencies, business leaders, and corporate partners. I have also enhanced my fund development, public speaking, sales, and volunteer recruitment skills.”
