In August 2018, the United Way Johnson Controls Volunteer Center opened in the ground floor of United Way’s current Schlitz Park location at 200 West Pleasant Street, Milwaukee.

This new center is a space to host volunteer activities and community collaboration projects. In addition to United Way hosting individual, community, and corporate volunteer experiences, the meeting space is also available for outside groups to use such as United Way-funded partners and corporate customers as part of their member benefits. 

This space has room for groups up to 175, including space to meet one-on-one in the Live United Lounge near the coffee bar featuring Anodyne Coffee. Stop in today to pick up some "Do Good Brew" or drop off items for Mary Lou's Closet.

Day-of–Event Optional Items (included for fee):  Fees will be assessed and included in your service agreement, see FAQ for room fees. Please check any optional items to be included with your event reservation. 
Coffee Service: Coffee provided in the room for the event. ($9 per carafe/per 10 people) 

Before/after-hour & weekend events fee: The earliest meeting start time is 8:30am and end time by 4:00 pm. An additional fee of $40 per hour for before-after lobby hour activities; $80 per hour if guests exceeds 75. 

Special instructions for event setup/Room reconfiguration fee: A fee of $75 for any table and/or chair reconfiguration request. If rooms are reconfigured by users and not reset to building standard, a fee of $75 will be charged. No fee for extra resource or refreshment tables. 

Day-of-Event (Special Requirements): Please check or indicate any items to be included in your event reservation.
AV Needs (Audio/Media/Computer): Each room is equipped with PC with internet connection, USB connection, and projector.  Please describe any additional special AV requirements. 

Food or catering service: If you plan to order food delivery or catering for your event, please provide the name of the restaurant, caterer, delivery service or if not known, the name of the facilitator. 

Handicap Accessible Accommodations: All facilities are accessible for people with physical disabilities. To ensure that room setup and other logistical arrangements will accommodate all attendees, please describe any additional required accommodations.
