Recognition of workplace campaigns.

  • Platinum – 80% participation and per capita gift of at least $80
  • Gold – 70% participation and per capita gift of at least $50
  • Silver – 60% participation and per capita gift of at least $40
  • Bronze – 45% participation and per capital gift of at least $25
  • Progress – increased employee giving dollars by at least 20%
  • First-Time – Conducted a first-time employee giving campaign
