Happy fall! Between getting back to school, busting out those boots and sweaters, and making a family trip to the pumpkin patch, find an hour – or a day – to get involved and do good with United Way.

Here are 5 fun ways to give back this season:

Gather your colleagues or friends to get out in the community or coordinate an on-site activity and volunteer together!

Milwaukee LIHF Quarterly Convening
Tuesday, September 12, 5:30pm-7:30pm
Join the fight to help more babies reach their first birthday. The Milwaukee LIHF Collaborative is dedicated to improving community conditions that support healthy birth outcomes. All are welcome to this meeting to learn more and get involved.

LINC Event: Good Deeds & Pulling Weeds
Saturday, September 16, 10am – 2pm
Join LINC – United Way’s young professional group - at Vision Forward Association to work on outdoor beautification projects. Lunch, beverages, lawn games, and a tour to follow!

Tuesday, September 19, 8:15am – 4pm
Male volunteers are needed for this free, one-day life and job seminar for local men looking to develop professional skills, find a job, or explore a new career.
