By Terri Phillips, Thriving Waukesha County Alliance

On November 2, the Thriving Waukesha County Alliance invites you to Dynamic Partnerships: A Path Forward to a Stronger Community. This is a fabulous opportunity to learn how communities across the country are working to improve their vitality and join in the conversation about our own progress as a county.

Earlier this year, the members of Thriving Waukesha County Alliance had an opportunity to hear Susan Dreyfus, President and CEO of the Alliance for Strong Families and Communities, speak about major trends and changes influencing the nonprofit sector. Her message was provocative, heartening, and extremely informative, that’s why she was invited back to address the broader Waukesha County community.

Her message applies to individuals, businesses, and elected officials just as much as it applies to nonprofit programs. She brings her experience and resources to show how input is needed from all of us to make a collective impact and create a stronger community. Please join Thriving Waukesha County Alliance November 2 at the Sheraton Milwaukee.

Sheraton Milwaukee from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. for this critical community conversation. Admission is free.  Register today.

Thanks to Susan Dreyfus for offering her insight and experience. Thanks to Greater Milwaukee Foundation, United Way Greater Milwaukee & Waukesha County, Waukesha County Business Alliance, Wisconsin Philanthropy Network, ProHealth Care, Waukesha County, and Waukesha County Community Foundation for sponsoring this event.
