Looking for exciting ways to spend time with your family this summer while impacting the community?  Here are 10 family-friendly summer volunteer opportunities to give back in Milwaukee, Waukesha, Ozaukee, and Washington counties:

  1. Decorate and pack healthy and nutritious snack pack bundles for local youth-servicing agencies in Milwaukee and Waukesha.
  2. Grab the family and a paintbrush to bring some renewed sparkle to one of our local schools.
  3. Support local athletes participating in the MPS Iron Tiger Triathlon and Elevate’s Annual Triathlon.
  4. Roll up your sleeves to unload food and stock shelves in our Hope House food pantry.
  5. Embrace your inner green thumb by helping plant plants at a newly-curated local garden.
  6. Keep studies fresh by delving into science, technology, engineering, and mathematics
  7. Start your summer day "sunny side up" by cooking up a delicious breakfast.
  8. Enjoy the fresh air by helping with outdoor clean-up.
  9. Head off to camp and read stories, go on nature walks, play games, and create arts and crafts.
  10. Grab an apron and prepare and serve meals to area children.
