Funded Programs
Emergency Support/Advocacy Continuum: Leads a coalition of service providers dedicated to improving the lives of individuals and families who have no home through efficient coordination of services and strategic innovation. (Financial Stability)
Eviction Prevention & Housing Stabilization for Families: Provide short-term financial assistance to avoid eviction or foreclosure. Families will work with a case manager to remain stably housed. This program will be linked to the Rental Housing Resource Center and the legal representation provided by other Safe & Stable Homes programs. (Safe & Stable Homes)
Family Support Center: Supports families without a home working to regain stability through short and long-term housing assistance, advocacy and referral services. (Financial Stability)
Homeless Outreach Nursing Center: Provides nursing and social services outreach to individuals with mental health issues living in shelters or on the street. (Financial Stability)
Rental Housing Resource Center: Rent Help Line and Virtual Rental Housing Resource Center, expected to serve at least 1,000 families in the 2020-21 grant period. Participants will be connected to resources, education, and services to prevent eviction including temporary rent assistance, mediation, and legal support. (Safe & Stable Homes)
