The American Red Cross Southeast Wisconsin is committed to local disaster response through strengthening resources, referral pathways, and coordinated support for residents affected by emergencies. When a high-impact event occurs, the Red Cross receives immediate notification from fire departments, 911 dispatch centers, emergency management, and first responder agencies. (Community Resiliency)
