The Benedict Center is an interfaith nonprofit dedicated to helping women affected by the criminal justice system find hope and lead safer and healthier lives, while advocating for a system of justice that is fair and treats everyone with dignity and respect

Aligned Work

The Benedict Center serves women involved in the justice system. Their wraparound services include workforce readiness education, employment coaching, job placement connections, and additional support for services such as support for housing, childcare, and transportation. This work also supports getting legal issues resolved. (Reducing Barriers to Employment & Advancement

Benedict Center’s Women's Harm Reduction Program will provide licensed outpatient substance use and mental health counseling to justice impacted women in Milwaukee. (Mental Health Improvement Fund)
