Aligned Work
Community Action Coalition for South Central Wisconsin provides homeless system infrastructure and housing navigation for families with school-aged children in Waukesha County who are at risk of homelessness. Their programs provide wraparound supportive services, financial assistance, and landlord mediation to stabilize families in their homes while keeping children in their schools.
