Mission

Courage+ is the resilient, evolutionary family of change agents for the LGBTQ+ youth that cares for the full person to help them turn internal safe spaces into external brave spaces.

Aligned Work

BraveSpace provides information, referrals, and support in safe and inclusive spaces where young people live, learn, and gather. Identified referral spaces fall into the following categories: Health, Housing, Learning resources, Peer support, Pride events, Rights and advocacy, Youth mentorship, Safe places, Hangout spots, STI/HIV testing, and Drop-in centers. When a user selects a location or service, BraveSpace connects them directly using the organization’s preferred contact method or provides clear directions, hours, and next steps for in-person visits (Community Resiliency)

Aligned Work: The Crisis Stabilizer Program is the only licensed group home in Wisconsin that employs on-call Crisis Stabilizers for residents when needed. These services also extend to youth in their Transitional Living program, C2 Apartments. (Mental Health Improvement Fund
