A collaboration of Eras Senior Network (Eras), Interfaith Caregivers of Ozaukee County (ICO), and Interfaith Caregivers of Washington County (ICWC), this project delivers information, referral, and support through mobility management for the region’s first coordinated, multi-county transportation network, free of charge and without income requirements, for adults 60+ and people with disabilities across Southeast Wisconsin.
