Aligned Work
Forward Careers provides education, training, and credentials through individualized career guidance with industry-aligned training, credential attainment, and paid work experiences in high-demand sectors. High demand sectors include Certified Nursing Assistant, Commercial Driver’s License, Medical Assistant, and other technical certificates through MATC, MPTC, or WCTC. Each participant works one-on-one with a dedicated Career Planner to assess skills, identify career goals, and develop a personalized training and employment plan.
