Aligned Work
Goodwill provides education, training, and credentials through their five-week CNA training. They also provide laptops, scrubs, tuition, and testing coverage, and coaching with referrals to address transportation, childcare, and other participation challenges. Graduates secure roles across hospitals, long-term care facilities, and school settings, earning family-sustaining wages and building a foundation for long-term advancement into Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) pathways.
