IMPACT 211 offers multiple, low-barrier pathways for individuals to access information, referrals, and support, ensuring accessibility across varying levels of digital access, language needs, and urgency. Current pathways include phone, text, live chat, online resource database search, auto-text relay services, and the 211 Wisconsin mobile app. (Community Resiliency)
IMPACT 211 maintains a mental health and substance use disorder resources directory. Staff are dedicated to verifying provider information, update eligibility and capacity details, remove outdated entries, and add new treatment services as they become available. (Mental Health Improvement Fund)
