To provide safe, supportive, and enriching living and learning options for adults with intellectual or developmental disabilities in Waukesha County and surrounding communities.
Aligned Work
Journey21 accepts and makes referrals through a coordinated process designed to ensure every family receives timely, appropriate support. We regularly receive referrals from families, IRIS consultants, county case managers, high school special education staff, and Aging and Disability Resource Centers (ADRCs). (Community Resiliency)
