Through our membership network, community partnerships, and program areas, our mission is to facilitate effective, cross-sector collaboration, meaningful connections, and strengthen individual and organizational capacity in Wisconsin’s community and economic development sector.
Aligned Work
The Urban Economic Development Association of Wisconsin’s Nonprofit Lift program is fully integrated into UEDA’s Capacity Building program. They serve as the fiscal and project administrators while collaborating with partner intermediaries to plan and deliver targeted capacity building opportunities. Creating opportunities for nonprofits, consultants, and funders to connect and strengthen sector-wide capacity. Engaging in active listening with nonprofits and consultants to identify needs. Developing educational content through the “Voices of Impact” blog series. Collaborating with regional partners to support consultants and expand available resources. Promoting nonprofit sector resources widely through various networks to increase reach and awareness. (Community Resiliency)
