Youth Homelessness Demonstration Program (YHDP)

The Youth Homelessness Demonstration Program is a collaboration of youth service providers, people with lived experience, and the Milwaukee Continuum of Care. The goal of the program is to promote services and strategies that focus on ending and preventing youth homelessness throughout Milwaukee.
